What do you mean by the Wellness side of yourself?The Selfie Contest should run based on the elements of Wellness. Contestants could cover occupational, spiritual, financial, emotional, social, physical, nutritional, intellectual, and entrepreneurial parts of themselves.

How long will this contest run?The contest period is for a month. The contest will start on the 9th of November 2016 and will end on the 9th of December 2016.

What are the prizes to be won?The winner will be rewarded with a retreat voucher worth RM800 for 2 Pax at V Integrated Wellness.

How do you assess the winner?The winner will be assessed in various aspects. Firstly, the #VIW team will look at the picture quality of the #Selfie taken. Secondly, the #Selfie should be in theme of the elements of Wellness.

Winner SelectionContestants must present themselves in this contest and should be 18 years old and above. Any kind of inappropriate #Selfie uploaded will be reported and will be disqualified automatically.

The #Selfie contest winner will be announced on the 12th of December 2016 on the official #VIW website and #VIW Facebook page.
