Snacktime! JIA SINGH, is a Delhi based nutritionist, and founder of Petite Sweet Eats (a gluten free and low carb snack initiative). A self confessed foodie, she takes her food very seriously. Having trained with expert chefs, she is also a freelance food and health features writer. HAVING BEEN A NUTRITIONIST for two years, I was desperately looking for a healthy snack solution that would provide satiety; work as a mid meal snack; serve as a delectable and yet, guilt free dessert options for me and my clients. That’s when, my friends and family motivated me into starting something of my own, as healthy granola and low carb dessert options were inaccessible and not easily available in Delhi. And then, Petite Sweet Eats was born. It is now fully functional, and we are taking orders (however pick ups only at the moment). All the items are naturally gluten free, preservative free, low carb and sugar free. High in omega 3 and omega 6, they pack in nutritional goodness with every bite. Conveniently packed, you can leave a few at your work desk, in your fridge for the late night munchies or keep some in your gym bag for a post workout snack... HEALTHY I try and incorporate several different kinds of flours that are kind on your waistline and heart. For those intolerant to nuts, I can do nut free bars on demand. Additionally, all my products are friendly and safe for diabetics, and contain no added sugar. The dates and fruit in my products impart the sweetness. For the calorie conscious, I make sugar free desserts using stevia & agave (natural sweeteners). P Feel free to contact me on 9810162717 OR at [email protected]
