They will also be responsible for shipping and invoicing of such repairs as well as the spare part orders. With this new regulation the repair and spare parts delivery handling will be more economically for the Schiller customers. For return shipments we kindly ask you to use the SRR (service return report) which can be downloaded from the SCHILLER Extranet.     SN 00271 Service Notes (TRUSCOPE)

    Warranty replacement Send each defective part with a Service Return Report and clear error description.

    Exchange => replacement against defective Based on defective part receipt and warranty confirmation, replacement part will be supplied free of cost.

    Pre-Exchange => Advance Replacement

    Only in case of urgency advance replacement is provided.

    Pre-Exchange parts will be fully invoiced and after return of the defective parts will be credited when the invoice number is given. The parts need to be returned as soon as possible.
