Electrostatic discharge
Fluid flowing through the hose produces static electricity.
Choose a hose with sufficient electrical conductivity to
ensure that the static charge is transmitted to the earth and
the static electricity dissipates. If static electricity is
likely to be generated in an application, select a static
dissipating hose and properly ground it.
Vibration
The vibration of the system should be considered when
selecting hoses. Metal hoses may not be suitable for use in
systems with continuous or severe vibration.
The length of theHose movement, system pressure and thermal expansion must be
considered when determining hose length. Installation of hose
length is not sufficient to meet the needs of the above
factors will shorten the hose life.
Minimum bending radius
Minimum bend radius requirements for hoses must be observed. Too small bending radius of installed hoses may cause hose kink and shorten hose life.
Hose strainBending parts too close to the hose/connector connection may cause the hose to break or leak.
Sports to absorbDisperse movement through sufficient hose length and prevent bending less than the minimum hose bending radius.
The machine tool tolerance
Length variations due to machine movements and tolerances must be taken into account.
System pressure change
Adequate hose length should be used to accommodate changes in system pressure. Do not reconnect the high pressure hose to the low pressure hose.
Bend in the same plane
The hose should be bent in the same plane to avoid distortion. For complex bends, use multiple hoses or other isolation measures.

The pressure regulating valve reduces the pressure of the gas or hydraulic discharged from the
cylinder, compressor, etc., to the lower value required by the analyzer, etc. When the inlet
pressure and control range pressure are very close to the pressure requirements of the liquid
treatment system, the resolution and control ability of the pressure regulating valve is higher.
Resolution refers to the number of handle turns required to adjust the pressure regulating valve
from the lowest outlet pressure setting to the highest outlet pressure device. Control capacity
refers to the ability of a pressure regulating valve to maintain a given outlet pressure set point.
Pressure regulating valveThe pressure relief valve controls the outlet pressure by balancing the force generated by the inlet
pressure and the outlet pressure through the adjustable spring force. The spring can be adjusted by
turning the stem/handle to set the desired outlet pressure.
As the inlet pressure decreases, the force balance will change. To achieve equilibrium, the outlet
pressure will be increased. This supply effect (SPE) is an effect of the pressure regulating valve
design and type. If the inlet pressure of the pressure regulating valve often fluctuates, but you do
not want the outlet pressure to change, you can use a two-stage pressure regulating valve.
Back pressure regulating valveThe back pressure regulating valve controls the inlet pressure by balancing the inlet pressure with
spring force. The spring force can be adjusted by turning the valve/handle to set the desired inlet
pressure. When the force generated by the inlet pressure rises to exceed the spring force, the
pressure regulating valve opens until the balance between the spring force and the inlet pressure is
regained.
