smsGuardian  Debit  Card  Text  Alerts  

1.   Enrolling  cards  in  smsGuardian  

a)   Sign  on  to  website  https://www.cardguardian.com/CardGuardian/signon.do?fid=H0  

 

b)   Enter  valid  card  number  followed  by  the  enrollment  criteria  for  the  card  

 

c)   Verify  Terms  &  Conditions    &    Service  Usage  Guide  

 

 

   

d)   Enroll  a  device  for  the  card.  Go  to  the  DEVICE/CREATE  DEVICE  tab.    You  can  enroll  up  to  3  cell  phone  numbers.  

i.   Enter  the  10  digit  mobile  device  number  and  click  ‘Submit’.  

 

ii.   Send  the  required  message  provided  to  27576  

 

iii.   Verify  you  receive  a  confirmation  message:    

*Message  Format  for  all  carriers:    Guardian  enrollment  complete.  Alerts  start  within  24  hrs.  Msg&Data  rates  may  apply,  Msgs  per  issuer  setting.  Reply  STOP  to  cancel.  Reply  HELP  for  Help.    

e)   Set  up  a  ‘Do  Not  Disturb’  window  in  the  PREFERENCES/VIEW  PREFERENCES  tab  to  verify  you  are  not  receiving  text  messages  during  this  timeframe.      

 

2.   Text  alerts  will  be  sent  for  the  following  transactions:  a)   International  Transactions  b)   Fuel  Transactions  c)   Authorizations  Greater  than  $100  d)   3  or  More  Transactions  in  24  Hours  e)   Card  not  Present  (internet,  telephone)  Transactions
