1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped1 cup of frozen mango1/2 cup pineapple1 cup water or milk

In a high speed blender, blend the frozen banana,pineapple, mango and water until smooth

Pour into a glass, and top with coconut chip and chia seeds if desired.

In a high speed blender, blend the frozen mango, raspberries, chia seeds. yoghurt and water until smooth
