SMLL.COM TEAM PAGES // HOW TO POST Scores and Manager Announcements STEP 1: Login to your account in he upper right hand corner of the website. STEP 2: Click on the tab TEAM CENTRAL and then the drop down TEAM DIRECTORY. STEP 3: Find your team <<MAJORS ROYALS>> from the drop down menus. This will take you to your TEAM PAGE. STEP 4: BOOKMARK this page in your web browser. This will eliminate some steps from above and is what I do for my team. STEP 5: You will see six Tabs: HOME, ROSTER, CALENDAR, NEWS, GALLERY, and DISCUSSIONS. Here is where you will click on the appropriate tab. Feel free to update the banner photo (just like on Facebook) with a team friendly photo. STEP 6 // GAME SCORES For reporting game scores, click on CALENDAR, then click RESULTS. See Below.

STEP 7 // GAME SCORES You will see all scheduled games that have been played, and games which have NOT been reported will show no scores. Click EDIT and follow the steps, filling in as much info as you can.
The most important information is GAME SCORE and PITCH COUNT. Hit SAVE & POST. Your standings will be automatically updated to your division standings.

DIVISION STANDINGS From the CALENDAR tab, click on the STANDINGS tab. See below.
TEAM NEWS / GAME RECAPS Go Back to the HOME page, or click on the NEWS tab. Click MANAGE NEWS and then ADD NEWS . These articles with photos optional will be fed to your home page without emailing the team.

DISCUSSIONS / COACH Click the DISCUSSIONS tab, and then choose the COACHES POST and START NEW DISCUSSION.
This message will be emailed to the team emails on file, or only your registered volunteers. Click OK at the bottom after you have filled out this form with your email message.

MANAGING TEAM VOLUNTEERS Sometimes coaches make a volunteer change. Some of this is up to the indivisual users managing their own profiels; if they don't volunteer, they won't show up on your page! But not every volunteer is used by the manager, so manage these volunteers from the white TEAMS tab from the very top of the webpage. With your web privileges, you should be able to access this. See the tab below, find your team, and follow the steps. For more information on this, email [email protected].
