Irvine Terrace, Corona del Mar

Before hiring The Smith Group, the sellers met with 5 other real estate agencies, all of whom told the sell-ers they would get no more than $6,000,000 for the house. Within 4 months, we listed and sold the prop-erty for 10% more than the sellers were ever told they would get, resulting in the highest sale in the neighbor-hood at $6,650,000.

Irvine Terrace, Corona del Mar

In June 2010, the property was sold for $4,200,000. In December of 2011, when Orange County real estate was down by 10%, The Smith Group listed and sold the home for $4,600,000 in 48 days for 10% more resulting in a 20% increase because of the down market.

Westcliff, Newport Beach

In November 2010, the property was sold for $1,500,000. Within 10 months, the average price per square foot dropped by 8% and the sellers realized they were going to suffer a signifi cant loss if selling.
