As well as performance requirements, we recognise our customers’ commercial needs.By offering a range of fluids from light duty through to extreme performance products;we can help you balance criteria such as surface finish, severity of the operation, workingenvironment and productivity, against cost. Q8 metalworking fluids are designed tomaximise cooling, resist foaming, improve tool life and eliminate corrosion and stainingto ensure excellent component surface quality. Our products are formulated to resist attacks from micro-organisms such as bacteria and fungi. They perform equally well inhard or soft water, maintain machine cleanliness and ensure operator safety all contributing to a user friendly workshop environment.
There are three product families in the Q8Oils metalworking fluids portfolio. Selection depends on the type of chemistry required:
• Q8 Baroni: soluble fluids without chlorinated paraffin.
• Q8 Berlioz: soluble fluids that are free of formaldehyde, chlorine andsecondary amine.
• Q8 Brunel:soluble fluids and the flagship range for superior performance - boron, chlorine, formaldehyde and secondary amine free.

QCareThe QCare service uses a network-enabled, tablet-based systems with a bespoke ‘app’ that enables Q8Oils field service technicians to monitor fluids, complete their audits and deliver results while still on site.
