fasten to other side of bag (21 st away from other side) sc around each opening to reinforce (I did two rows) Some notes about the pattern: This is written mostly as I write my personal notes. There are things done on this pattern that are completely unnecessary (round 20 and 21, for example, do not need to be turned after the round.) I just wanted to see if these things would change the overall texture of the fabric. I did indeed chain 1, 2, or 3 at the start of each new round or row, depending on which stitch was being used in the row. Most important, for some reason parts of the bag “grew” in number of stitches, probably because I was watching TV at the time and not paying enough attention. I simply randomly decreased on a couple rows to make it smaller again. Also, the increases and decreases on the handle were done as close to the middle as possible.
