celebration is the cuisine. We believe the meal should

reflect your personal style and tastes as much as all the

other details you have meticulously planned. For this

reason, we invite you to sit with us and create a one-of-a-

kind menu for your special day.

Experience

Our innovative and passionate culinary team is led by

Executive Chef Carlo Bigi who is one of the most innovative

chefs in the culinary world! Chef Bigi, a native of Turin, Italy

was inspired to become a chef at an early age after

growing up in the kitchen of his family’s restaurant. He has

held positions at multiple highly esteemed restaurants

worldwide, including Il Buco, Alimentari, & Vineria. He also

led the culinary teams at two of the most trendy New York

City hotspots Casa Lever and Sant Ambroeus Restaurant.

Chef Bigi also was also a part of several of Michelin-starred

restaurants in Italy and France. Chef Bigi most recently was

the Executive chef of the Bowery hotel which housed both

restaurant & event concepts.

Sleepy Hollow Accommodations

On your wedding day, you will receive the royal

treatment starting with your accommodations. It is the

perfect space to get ready and rest after the

reception. The bridal suite offers an exceptional

residential-style floor plan spanning over 800 square

feet. Featuring expansive views with stunning New York

Hudson Valley. The spacious suite makes entertaining

simple. Elegantly appointed master bedroom includes

a king sized bed with luxury imported linens for

excellent rest.

BRIDAL SUITE GUEST ACCOMMODATION

Your guests will reside in our elegant and old world

opulent Hotel Rooms are decorated in soft, neutral

tones. The brocade drapes, classically patterned

carpets and sophisticated furnishings which create a

distinguished yet comfortable atmosphere.

All accommodations are elegantly outfitted with a

exquisite bathroom, separate seating area, full-sized

desks and either comfortable beds. Quantities are

limited due to or limited inventory in our Vanderbilt

Mansion.
