Do you have problems while trying to sleep? Did you already finish counting the sheep?

Just simply put one foot out of the blanket.Sounds weird, but actually works.

It's because of regulation of body temperature.High body temperature is connected with high level of activity and awakeness.

But at night our body temperature goes down and we start feeling sleepy.

Feet are perfect weapons for cooling the body down.

They are perfect for 2 reasons.

They don't contain any hair, altough they have a lot of blood vessels.

On both, hands and feet, there are things called anastamosis, which connect blood vessels. When skin on them is exposed to cold, your blood cools down aswell.

Your body cooling down is an essential for getting some sleep.

Use this trick and you will sleep like a baby.
