It will arrive in 2006 – the most exciting ballpark ever constructed in the major leagues. One that embodies the best

features of other acclaimed facilities throughout Major League Baseball, yet possesses its own unique architecture and

character. A park that makes the “baseball experience” a unique St. Louis Cardinals experience. And, a park that retains the

magic of the Cardinals’ rich heritage and is designed to serve many generations to come. The new Cardinals Ballpark will

truly exceed your expectations of what a “Field of Dreams” was meant to be.

This brochure will provide the information necessary to assist Season Ticket Holders in making their decisions regarding

seats in the new ballpark. It will also provide new Season Ticket Holders with information on how they can become part of

the action.

Current St. Louis Cardinals Season Ticket Holders are being given the first opportunity to secure season tickets at the new

ballpark. This brochure illustrates the process for relocating their seats and the seating options available. These options

include opportunities for full-season and half-season tickets, as well as membership in the prestigious new Ballpark

Founders program.

In order to assist you in making an informed decision with respect to your relocation preference, this brochure includes

seating diagrams and maps of both the new and current ballparks, detailed ticket plans and pricing, and information on the

state-of-the-art amenities that accompany various seating categories in the new ballpark.

After reviewing the brochure,

current Season Ticket Holders

should complete the Relocation

Questionnaire in the back pocket

and submit it with the corresponding

payment to the St. Louis Cardinals by

the date indicated. If you need

assistance completing your

questionnaire, please contact your

Cardinals Account Executive directly

at the number located in the back

pocket of the brochure.

If you are interested in becoming a

St. Louis Cardinals Season Ticket

Holder for the first time, contact the

Cardinals Account Executive whose

card is located in the back of this

brochure to secure your place in the

For baseball fans, a ballpark becomes part of our

lives, bonding generations and instilling memories

that last forever. For Cardinals fans, enjoying a game

at the new Cardinals Ballpark will be like nothing

that’s been experienced before.

Combining classic architecture with modern,

innovative amenities, the new ballpark will help

connect fans with the downtown St. Louis

surroundings through the facility’s open-air design.

Moreover, it will serve as a catalyst for local

development, helping to anchor the revitalization

of the downtown core as an exciting entertainment

and commercial destination.

To experience the aura of the new ballpark will be

to experience the new spirit of St. Louis and the

continued history and tradition of Cardinals

baseball.

see a ballpark designed to express the passion,

heart and soul that binds Cardinals fans across

generations, and across the country.

Inside the New Ballpark

The new Cardinals Ballpark will be built mostly on

the parking lot directly south of Busch Stadium.

While the site allows fans to enjoy many of the same

conveniences related to parking and interstate

access, the new ballpark’s relationship to its urban

surroundings will be radically different than Busch

Stadium’s.

Most obvious is the repositioning of the majority of

the seats to face northeast, providing those inside the

ballpark a spectacular view of the downtown

riverfront skyline, including the Gateway Arch. This

view is made possible by the absence of significant

obstacles in the outfield, particularly in left field.

In addition, the northeast corner of the ballpark site is

40 feet higher than the southwest corner. This

elevation change, coupled with the “sunken” playing

field, will allow pedestrians along newly reopened

Clark Street, as well as tenants of commercial and

residential property in the adjacent Ballpark Village, to

have a magnificent view into the ballpark. Clark Street,

as illustrated in the site plan below, will be

reconnected from 8th street to Broadway after the

demolition of Busch Stadium, helping to define the

ballpark’s northern boundary.

Cardinals Season Tickets

Just as Busch Stadium has come to be part of our identity since

its opening in 1966, you can expect the new Cardinals Ballpark

to capture the character and personality of the city and

franchise in the 21st century. For many fans who purchased

season tickets well after Busch’s debut, access to more

desirable seats was seldom possible due to those locations

being renewed year after year by season holders with more

seniority. Before anyone else, current Season Ticket Holders

will select seats in the new ballpark that will provide years of

enjoyment for family, friends, clients and co-workers.

In addition to the Ballpark Founders seats, there are numerous

other exciting locations offering superior views within the new

ballpark’s capacity for more than 46,000 fans. Existing Cardinals

Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed first reservation rights in relocating their seats to the new ballpark. The charts on

the facing page detail locations and pricing structures for season ticket locations not included in the Ballpark Founders

program. You’ll find them helpful as you complete the Relocation Questionnaire in the inside back cover.
