OUR PRODUCTSCup Lock System is one of the most efficient supporting systems. The systemprovides simplicity, versatility and is economical. It has a unique node pointconnection, which enables the system to be erected at a faster rate than otherscaffolding systems, and is also faster at striking and dismantling. A limitednumber of components are required, therefore there are no loose parts to getlost and no time is wasted in lining-up the vertical and horizontal.It can be erected for straight and curved structural elements. The systemcomponents have easy to handle figures, sizes, and weights. All systemcomponents can be easily and safely removed after finishing the job. The systemelements are engineered from high quality steel, which enables the system toresist damages that might occur on the site by giving a sufficient strength withoutthe unnecessary weight. Having a lightweight is another advantage this systemhas, which reduces costs while it is easier to transport. In addition with thisSystem, you can achieve greater load capacity on assembly.Customer needs were the main reason for developing this system considering theunique day-to-day experience of our clients.

CUP LOCK SYSTEMSTANDARD

The standards are economical and can match any propping access applicationwhere they allow support or access when needed. Made from the highest qualityGerman steel the upper cups can be moved, while the lower cups are welded intoposition. Spigot joints can be attached to the holes, drilled in the standards and ifneeded, a retaining pin is utilized to prevent movement. The covers are castunder strict guidelines to ensure durability under the rough condition of sitehandling. The standards are available in 0.5 m to 3.0 m sizes. Spigot connectorsare provided for final assembly.LEDGERS

Only the highest quality German steel tubes are used for the CUPLOCK Systemledgers. To avoid any potential damage they have identical forged ends with aminimum of projection. Ledgers are available in sizes ranging from 0.60 m up to2.50 m.

CANTILEVER ELEMENTS

To provide extra support at the edge of construction, especially slab edge fromwork, the cantilever frame (CF) & cantilever beam frame (CBF) can be attacheddirectly to the vertical at the node points. In these frames universal jacks can befitted to hold the various supports, forkheads and dropheads at a 1.2 m, 1.25 m or1.3 m span.

BEAM BRACKET

Beam bracket eliminates full height propping to beam formwork by locating on toslab support vertical as shown. The beam bracket distributes the load throughoutthe surrounding CUPLOCK system structure, thus reducing excessive strain on allcomponents.

ADJUSTABLE BASE JACK

The 57 kN capacity galvanized jack has an adjustment range of over 45 cm. It ismanufactured from 38 mm outside diameter steel tubes with a rolled/cut thread.The jack can be used either at top or the bottom of the vertical (standard), so thereasonable portion of the jack will always remain inside the vertical for safety.The figure below illustrates the safe working load on tubular Jacks. ACCESS SYSTEMH-Frames

FDT's high quality external system is designed to be easily erected anddismantled without help from professionals. The "H" frame, or vertical member,has welded square or round pins on top for ease of connection. This allows you toerect the frames faster and to any height with maximum safety and stability. Thesystem is designed not to include any loose fittings inside.The external systems have a three-way support to hold greater loads and ensuregreater stability. The vertical frames (H frames) are available in side ladder type,3 step ladder, and normal "H" shape.

Practical Note Props should always be erected vertically and loaded concentrically. Props should always have the correct high tensile pin fitting. Failure of props can result if reinforcing rods, tie rods or materials which may be inferiorin quality or smaller in diameter are used instead of high tensile pin. Ensure that the props inner and outer tubes are straight, free from creases and telescopefreely. Bent props should not be used. Ensure that both head and base plates are flat andperpendicular to the tubes. Ensure the soffit formwork is adequately restrained from horizontal movement, eitherfrom containment by the permanent structure or by diagonal bracing. To improve load-bearing capacity, lace props with tubes and fittings. Wherever suitable, tie the lacing into the permanent structure. Props should never be placed on top of one another to support high slabs. Never throw the props down to the ground from any height. Always handle them carefully.

There are often requirements to fasten scaffolding tubes to girder and other steelsections and it demands a specialized fitting with a high degree of versatility. TheGravlock Coupler has been specifically designed for attachment to eitherhorizontal or vertical Flanges. In erection the Gravlock Coupler is highly effectiveas it enables the fitting to be bolted to the girder first. This leaves both hands freeto present and secure the tube. As the tube is not compressed against the girderthe fastening process does not distort it. Gravlock Coupler must be used in pair.
