Build Your Friends’ Profiles
“Build your friends’ profiles, and let them build yours.”
SketchOff is a crowdsourcing social app where friends build straightforward and fun profiles for each other.
Problem• Existing Social Networks are ceasing to provoke
sufficient interest through self-display.
• “A picture of food? So what?”• “A picture filled with strangers? So what?”
Solution
• Build your friends’ profiles, and leave your profile to be built by them.
On SketchOff…
Everyone is a storyboard.
On SketchOff…

On SketchOff…

DistributionStage 1. Private Beta users:
We will recruit a large group of private beta testers, who will later serve as the initial user base for this “I’ll sign up if my friends are on it” type of social network.
DistributionStage 2. Campus ambassadors:
The campus ambassadors of SketchOff are stationed at colleges around the globe. They are our strike team to quickly grow the user base by capitalizing on their local media and connections and the huge growth opportunity of the freshman orientation next fall.
DistributionStage 3. Facebook Plugin:
We encourage users to log in with Facebook. When they add a sketch to their non-SketchOff-user Facebook friends, the friends will receive a notification on Facebook and be compelled to check out the app, resulting in a viral loop.

Mid-April: Launch at UChicago, Northwestern, UC Berkeley
