Cut the Blueprints on the DM sheet with the laser machine cut, if you don’t happen to have a laser cut machine laying around, you can use a saw and manually paint the skeleton even though it will take much longer.

Once you have all the pieces cut you can join them by using white glue. You should glue all parts except 2 and both arms, it is important to keep the structure open in order to install the circuit. Once the late-rals and the back part are joined with glue you can make the union stronger with a silicon gun.

In order to attatch the arms to the servo, you should drill a hole in the center of the rounded top part of each arm. A 1.25 mm driller should be enough.
Afterwards, you will join the arms with the servo’s flaps.

The next step is fixing with double sided tabe the PCB and the Arduino 1 inside the structure. It will be easier for you if you place them in the top of part 4, this way it will be easier to connect the components.

Before connecting the components to the protoboard, you should attach the servos to the holes of parts 1 and 3 and the ultrasonic sensor to the eye’s holes. When you have the electric circuit ready, following the protoboard scheme, you can attach the arms to the servos.

The last step you should take is glueing part 2. Before that we highly recommend you to make sure that everything is rightly connected and works properly.
