2-Look for distortion :Epiphyseal injuries
3-Look for displacement Shoulder Dislocation

4-Look for Displaced lines -supracondylar fracture
5-Look for displaced fat pads -Sail sign
6-Look for other injuries : 1 -Monteggia fracture
2-Galeazzi fracture
7-Look for complications=Scaphoid fracture causing perilunate dislocation
8-Look for disturbed angles =Bohler angle in calcaneal fracture
9-Look for bony alignment= Lis franc dislocation
10-Look for normal variants =Jones fracture Vs ossification center
11-Look for bone Trabeculae =Impacted fracture femoral neck
12-Look for integrity of blood supply
13-Look for possible visceral injuries = Malgaigne fracture
