KOBELCO engines comply with Stage V

Final emissions regulationsHino engines are renowned for fuel efficiency and

environmental performance, and KOBELCO has tuned them

specifically for construction machinery. The high-pressure

common rail fuel injection system, the variable-geometry

(VG) turbocharger, and the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)

system reduce particulate matter (PM) while the large EGR

cooler greatly reduces the formation of Nitrogen Oxide

(NOx) gases.
