THE PROBLEM: Loose connection while using Micro USB cable.
Identified the micro usb port’s broken connection on the circuit. Even the rear side supporting ‘clip’ was broken. Removed the Micro USB port and fixed (soldered) with new one, at a local mobile repair shop. Micro-B USB port pinout info: - 5 pins

small Philips head screw-driver, attached with a magnet to hold screws! (soldering of usb port was done by that mobile shop guy, thanks)
