Your trainer will introduce gritty circuits using tyres, intense battle rope tugs and invigorating boxing sets. No chance of getting bored.Weekly challenges ensure a competitive environment, where you can achieve your goals.

Move It to Loose ItFor those who want to lose weight, tone up and improve their health and wellbeing.Designed for people of all fitness levels, transform yourself using accessible training methods such as boxing, weights and body-weight exercises. Squat and lunge your way to a new you!
