A list of the uncashed or unclaimed capital credits from the 1991-93disbursement made in June of 2005 is printed on page 2 of thisnewsletter. Please call us with contact information you may have onany of the members or former members on the list. We will makeevery effort to contact those people with information on how torequest payment for the capital credits.

in our coop to others you belong to. I believe you will come tounderstand our commitment in the matter of capital credits.

Each year the board evaluates the financial condition of TCT andthen makes decisions on capital credit refunds. As General Manager,I provide assistance in balancing the future needs of the coop with agenerous payout of patronage to the members.

Our coop is a forward looking organization. We continue to installupdated equipment to provide you with quality services. We also talkabout customer service every day that we come to work. It is our goalthat you have the service that you want, at a fair price and withunequaled customer service.

As always, we appreciate your comments. Let us know what we aredoing that is right so that we can focus our efforts. If we need tochange something, let us know that as well. You can help us makeour service even better.
