Situational Leadership®

Overview Situational Leadership® is one of the world’s most popular leadership models and is used by many organisations to build a high performance culture. The basis of the Situational Leadership Theory is that effective leadership is based on relating those skills to specific tasks. Therefore, the most successful leaders are those that adapt their leadership style to the individual or group they are attempting to lead/influence and understand their required tasks specifically. This 2-day programme gives a framework to analyse performance and determine appropriate leadership behaviours.
