8.3.2. En la bitácora se revisarán: que cumpla con la portación de la misma y conlos contenidos que establecen el Reglamento de Tránsito en Carreteras y Puentes
de Jurisdicción Federal, se verificará que las horas máximas de conducción en 24
horas no excedan las 14 horas; pausas cada 30 minutos por cada 5 horas de
conducción o su distribución en un lapso de 5 horas y media; y las 8 horas de
pausa obligatorias para cada 14 horas de conducción en 24 horas.
8.3.2.2. Cuando el tiempo de trayecto de ruta sea mayor a 5 horas pero menor a 7horas de conducción, el conductor podrá omitir la pausa de 30 minutos a las que
se refiere el numeral 4.1 y 4.2, teniendo posteriormente una pausa de descanso
mínima de 4 horas continuas.

substitute the actual professionals that
just retired, given the growing levels of
transportation by road that are foreseen.
According to profession studies, we
steem that Canada operators with the
same rythm of lack of operator, this
profession will disapear to 2035.
Canada is betting to intermodal transport
to minimize this impact.
The National Ground Transportation
Freight Chamber CANACAR admits a
deficit of 80,000 operators on 2017.
139,000 operators Will retire in 12 years.
From 2005 to 2017 Mexico had just
generated 272,000 registered operators
on the SCT.

▪ Fuel is an intermediate good used intensely for for ground freight transport
and is the more mediatic input in the determination of rate, by the expenses
that it represent and the variation on price the last years.
▪ According to ATRI (2017), in USA this input represents between the 30 and
40% of the total costs of the carrier. In Mexico, it represents between the 35
and 45% of the total costs of the carrier.
▪ In the last ten years, diesel’s Price in Mexico has fluctuated dramatically. In
january of 2007 the price of a liter of this input cost was $5.73. In november
2019 the price was $21.03
