SERVER SETUP: TESTING SERVER
The Server Model feature is used if you want Dreamweaver to use testing server to parse server scripts when previewing pages.
The Server Model should be selected if you need to connect to a database and want Dreamweaver to generate server script coding.
The Testing Server is generally the same as the Remote Server, but could be different.

ADVANCED SETTINGS: LOCAL INFO – DEFAULT IMAGES FOLDER
The Default Images Folder is optional.
It’s used to designate a folder in which you want to store images for your site.
If you designate a Default Images folder, Dreamweaver will automatically copy files into it when you insert images from outside of the defined site root folder.

ADVANCED SETTINGS: LOCAL INFO – LINKS RELATIVE TO
Links Relative To specifies the path structure of links created when linking to other assets or pages in your site.
Document-relative paths are usually best for local links in most websites (example: pages/about-us.html).
Site root-relative paths describe the path from the site’s root folder to a document. This option is usually best for very large sites with deeply nested directories (example: /pages/about-us.html).
