reduces the breakages to less than 0.5 breaks/1000 spindle/Hr.
If the guide roller senses that the spandex is missing, Itcommands the back roller thereby roving is automaticallystopped. This ensures not even a single gram is spun, withoutspandex.
Advantage : since theprinciple is mechanical, nothing happens randomly. In every single step both cotton fibers and core are secured and guided together. Therefore the splice retains core and elasticity. Same as the parent yarn.

The bobbin having spandex missing can be separated and hence preventing the yarn to
be used for manufacturing the fabric, which has spandex missing.

the core spandex is broken by using a portable UV flash(or the UV light in the dark room), contributing to the
decrease in the CSY defect.
It is possible to check by using the light in the room during the spinning work and also to check whether there is
any core void or exposure of the core from the centre of the yarn at the stage before packing the finished product.
