WHAT DO CHELSEA LADIES REQUIRE FROM THEIR GOLD CLUB ASSOCIATES?

Minimum Charter Standard Development status, working towards community club status. 

Minimum of one staff member committed as girls development officer and all staff from the club dedicated to growing female football at the club. 

Minimum guaranteed coaching hours per season 

Internal club coach meetings bi-monthly (minimum) including production of minutes. 

Development attitude towards female football and good knowledge of the female pathway. 

Promotion and good club representation at all CLFC events including fixtures, soccer schools, elite camps & player development programme. 

Club to recommend players to player development sessions where appropriate.
