Sequent Direct Injection 2.0isaserialsequentialmultipointgaseousinjectionsystem(ormaster&slave).AsfortheotherSequentsystems,gasinjectionoccursintotheintakemanifold,whereasthepetrolinjectiondirectlyoccursintothecombustionchamber.Thisapproachallowshavingthesameinstallationsimplicityappreciatedontheothersystems,andcanusethesamemechaniccomponents,withevidentadvantagesintermsofcomponentsvalidity.
