Not all water coolercompanies offer the same service

Whilst -on paper, website or verbally - it is easy to claim certain similarities with Sip-Well, in practice this is very questionable, since it takes:-own Quality Water Springs with the purest water available in the industry (mineral contents: 160 mg/L!!!)-a proprietary water bottling factory-you need a fleet of at least 50 custom-built trucks-Internal laboratories, -a proprietary technical service centre-a network of local distribution hubs across the country-an IT infrastructure to store each maintenance and delivered batch of water-safety and hygiene processes such as hand washed and inspected exchange of all cooler parts in contact with water several times per year etc

to just be comparable to Sip-Well.

Is there any other service provider that offers this in Belgium?With an installed water cooler park larger then all other suppliers combined, only Sip-Well has the scale to offer all of this and more.

• Every year Sip Well installs and exchanges some 12.000 water coolers for events, new customers, exchanges and upgrades

• In this process we only use our own Sip-Well spring water, since it is more stable and pure then tap-water

• Each cooler-part that will be in contact with Sip-Well’s precious water is manually inspected prior to each use. These parts, both from new and from used coolers, are manually scrubbed one by one. The sole guarantee to have 100% ‘spic and span’ hygiene

• Each of the parts are disinfected in a industrial dishwasher, manually cleaned and checked, and again machine washed using a bio-degradable detergent

• Sip-Well dries its cooler parts in a purpose built dry room using hot and dry air in combination with disinfecting UV-rays during 14 hours

• The Sip-Well cooler cabinet and the interior parts that will be in contact with water are assembled, verified and tested on a few quality indicators, are labelled with a unique serial number and a maintenance cart to complete the electronic log in the Sip-Well ERP-computer system. The solid and hermetic packaging will ensure a safe and hygienic journey towards customers

• Sip-Well natural spring water is drawn from 4 sources in a protected water layer that reaches 80 meters depth. In close collaboration with the university of Ghent a study was conducted to determine the best location to bottle water from uncompromising quality in the most reliable way.

• The very low nitrate contents are an indication of the quality of the Sip-Well springs: it takes up to 100 years before rainwater trickles through tens of meters of filtrating layers of clay, limestone and sand.. Due to mechanical sifting en filtrating, all possible sediments are removed and the stable composition of Sip-Well is ensured. This results in perfectly balanced, slightly mineralized Sip-Well Cristal water with oligo-elements and precious nutritional elements, perfectly suitable for baby-food and various diets.

• After filtration, the spring the Sip-Well Cristal water feeds the robotized bottling line. This automated installation, unique in the Benelux, allows Sip-Well to operate according to the highest possible hygiene standards as well as in the most cost-effective way.

• From a social perspective also a gain, since this process eases otherwise very hard physical work…

• Sip-Well uses sealed bottle caps, after removing the ‘peel-off safety labels’ , these allow only one way traffic OUT of the bottles. After removal, these caps can not be re-utilized, thus ensuring the impeccable hygiene off the bottles. Sip-Well bottles are re-used up to 90 times. In comparison: glass bottles are used only 8 to 12 times. Polycarbonate – the base material for Sip-Well bottles- is a very durable en and precious material. At the end of their lifecycle Sip-Well recycles every single bottle. The 18,9 and 10 litre Sip-Well bottles use less packaging material then any other smaller bottles. In short: the most environmental friendly food packaging.

• Sip-Well detects whether a bottle has been opened. Bottles that have been opened are not re-used, to avoid any possible contamination. Despite using bottle caps that can not be opened undetected, Sip-Well inspects its bottles on different scents, in the ‘sniffer-process’, to further guarantee impeccable bottles

• In the bottle washing-line, exterior and interior of the bottles is carefully washed and cleaned using water from the Sip-Well sources and bio-degradable detergents. Sip-Well bottles have plain surfaces on the inside and have no bulges or hard to reach areas such as the inside of hollow handles, in order to allow for the water jets and brushes to clean each and every part of the bottles perfectly. The washing water is purer than rain: another Sip-Well effort to ensure that uncompromising food safety goes hand-in-hand with environmental care.

• The entire production line is disinfected daily, with steam. This ‘steaming process’ is the safest and most ecological disinfection method, increasing further Sip-Well’s food safety. A world wide exclusivity

• Sip-Well preventively injects its water with a concentrated form of natural Oxygen – Ozone. This disinfectant dissolves completely in the surrounding atmosphere of which it is a natural component. Sip-Well water is therefore guaranteed safe and offers unparalleled quality, delicious taste and uncompromised safety.

• After being filled, the precious content of each bottle is secured with caps that can not be closed again should they be opened. These caps have a safety-seal that indicate undesired opening during transportation or storage with a customer. Sip-Well prints on each cap the ‘best use before’ as well as a unique batch number for every bottling to contribute to Sip-Well’s 100% traceability.
