Boys often pretended to hunt with small bows and arrows.

Girls played with mini tipis and dolls. They also would learn how to live like adults

Family Life

All their clothing was made of animal skins.Woman wore fringed dresses. Men wore fringed shirts with breech cloths.

Clothing

They lived in tipis made of lodge poles and buffalo hide.

When they moved the women would pack the tipi up in a sled .

The women kept their things on one side of the tipi and the men kept their things on the other side.

Shelter

They ate buffaloAnd gathered berriesAnd RootsHerbsThey didn’t grow food
