Kimchi is a tradi�onal Korean dish made of spiced vegetables and salt. Koreans eat it almost every meal except breakfast. It can be fresh like a salad, or people can keep it in salty water. There are hundreds of different types of kimchi made of different vegetables like cucumber, garlic and carrot, but the most popular is made of spicy kimchi and cabbage. Kimchi is a main ingredient of many other Korean dishes. It is also used in a lot of food from soups, pizza to cakes and burgers. Kimchi is well known in the World, because it is healthy. You can find it in stores in big ci�es you can order it from the internet outside Korea.
