Parking Removal Program
City process for removing parking from public streets is as follows:1. Concern Initiation2. Concern Evaluation3. Public Notice4. Public Hearing
City-wide Requirements for New Development and Redevelopment:
• Increase off-street parking requirements based on the number of bedrooms provided
• Require no more than 50% of the front portion of the property be used for parking or be impervious (Townhomes exempt)

Must choose one option from below:• Wide streets• Narrow streets• Parking removal with platting• Visitor alley-fed off-street parking• Wide lot frontages• Visitor parking areas
