Constructed from durable PP/PVDF theyare noticeably lighter in weight thanmany competitive models and so aremore comfortable to hold and operatefor extended periods - even in thesmallest hand. This feature will alsoreduce the incidence of operator fatigueand Repetitive Strain Injury.

A continuously adjustable volumeter with digitalreadout allows simple and accurate dispensing. Therobust construction along with the low thermalcoefficient of the body of each pipette will preventhand heat affecting sample measurements andreproducibility, even in prolonged usage.

Completely autoclavableFor sensitive laboratory applications, all omniPETTEmodels are fully autoclavable at 121°C/0.1 MPa/20 min.Unlike many other “autoclavable” pipettes, omniPETTErequire minimal accuracy checks and/or recalibration

Using a series of height adapters, the tip ejectorposition on the shaft is adjustable to allow the pipette’suse with virtually all brands of tips.

Eight models of single channel omniPETTE cover allvolumes from 0.1µl up to 10ml. omniPETTE requiresminimal maintenance. Its precise, self-locking stainlesssteel micrometer accurately adjusts the stroke of thepolished, acid-resistant piston*.

Each pipette has its own unique serial numberetched into the body and is supplied with its ownindividual certificate of calibration, as a guarantee ofthe unit’s quality.

omniPETTE Multi-Chan nel Pi pettes are avail ablein 8 and 12 channel models. Four overlappingvolume ranges are provided to pre cise ly meetliquid han dling re quire ments from 0.5 to 300µl.The performance of every pipette is checked bygravimetric method and the results of test areprinted in pipette Quality Control Certificate.

For com fort able pipetting in any direction, the tipmanifold rotates 360°.

Suspension systemEach model features a revolutionary suspensionsystem which allows the shafts to moveindependently and so retract slightly when theyare pressed against a row of pipette tips.Thisensures that all tips are secured on theirindividual shaft with the minimum of effort - andnever fall off! In addition, an innova tive ejector baris curved, allow ing the tips to be pushed off insteps, there fore re duc ing the amount of force re quired for ejec tion.

Individual piston assemblyEach channel of the pipette has an in di vid u al,precision piston assembly to ensure accuracyand re pro duc ibil i ty from one pipetting series tothe next, as well as between chan nels. omniPET-M is a motorised powered pipette filler with LCDdisplay designed for cordless work with 0.5-100ml glass orplastic pipettes. Its lightweight handle, together with smoothpushbuttons and switches ensure effortless pipetting evenduring extensive use.

Different operational modes may be selected depending onpipetting volume and viscosity of liquid. Liquid aspirationspeeds can be adjusted to HIGH or LOW while dispensing canbe by gravity (GRAV) or supported by the pump (BLOW) whichempties the pipette with blow out. To protect the unit againstoverfilling, omniPET-M is equipped with a PTFE filter.

The powerful re-chareable Ni-MH battery allows many hours ofcontinuous work with the LCD display indicating when unitshould be recharged. The battery is protected againstovercharging by timing and thermal systems. omniPET-M is supplied with a charging cable. A charging standis available as an accessory.
