NANOTECHNOLOGY: NEW SUPERFICIAL TREATMENT FOR STEEL FILTERS

After a process of change in the superficial treatment, the one our filters are submitted, we have introduced the process called NANOTECHNOLOGY in one of the baths. This stage consists of spreading a few molecules for the surface of the steel. With it, we obtain a uniform and clean adherence of the particles of the painting in powder, which they are applied immediately later.

ADJUSTMENT 130 μ YELLOW DISCSAfter checking the mold of yellow dics, we have done some impro-vements to reach 130 μ of filtering capacity.

NEW FILTER SENIOR 2"XLMeeting the needs of specific markets, the technical department of Lama lauches a new plastic disc filter: Senior 2"XL. The new device increases the surface of filtration of the filter 2", saving maintenan-ce as a consequence in the of the same one. It also can reduce the washing times.

AUTOMATION: PROGRAMMERS LAMA

MINI'S AND SMART8 Our filtration stations are equipped (optionally) with very efficient digital programmers as the new Smarts8 and Mini’s. Mini'S is not modifiable and it is manufactured just for one self-cle-aning screen filter EKO family. The regulation of the cleaning is au-tomatic for all the pressures.On the other hand the programmer Smart8 consists of 220V and 8 exits; it is about a totally intuitive device with one only control where all the available operations can be done.

NEW DISC TOWER FOR AUTOSENIOR AND AUTOMASTER FILTERS

Our technical department has improved furthermore the performance of the Autosenior and Automaster disc tower. Its new structure improves the hydrodynamics in the moment of filtration and washing the discs. It consists of new impellers of jet of wash and, especial-ly, and we want to emphasize that the location of the tower to the base screwing it. The improvement makes the assembly and disassembly is very easy.

Lama parallel disc are manufactured with different opening, from 20 to 250 μ, 190 μ being the standard supplied.

Quality Certificates and Warranty

PRODUCT WARRANTY• All Lama’s products are guaranteed for 1 year.• This product has passed factory tests in accordance with quality regulations.• The warranty period against punctures due to corrosion is 2 years.• The maximum working pressures and minimum backwash pressures according to the model in question and their flow rates according to specific tables for each product and type of water.• The warranty provides the replacement of the faulty parts after being checked by our personnel.• The physical filtration of water in particle diameters no greater than the filtration degree allowed by the filtering element used

• Periodic cleaning or maintenance.• Wear produced by fatigue in the material or wear due to abrasion or high temperatures.• Voltages higher or lower than those indicated in the programmer.• Humidity in the programmer, solenoids, and other electrical material.• Wear in the hydrocyclones due to sand and stone abrasion.• Pressures that are higher or lower than those indicated in the tables corresponding to each product.• Poor quality of acid water or environments, decantation, precipitation, and build-up of bacteria or algae.• Water hammers, and transport costs and damage.• Poor or inadequate assembly, or running in a sunken area.• Valves and solenoids if drainpipes run under pressure.• Water qualities or concentrations of impurities beyond the values given in the tables.• Third-party damage, theft, or vandalism.

MANUFACTURING STANDARDSAll of our products are subject to strict quality controls during the manufacturing process, apart from completely fulfilling current regulations as well as for the elaboration of filtering equipment for agriculture use, both at an international and a European level (ISO and CEN are currently being updated and others are being fulfilled. LAMA actively takes part as a member of the working group WG5 of the technical committee TC334 of CEN).

LAMA has a quality insurance system certified according to the norm ISO-9001:20015 by SGS as designing and manufacturing of filtering systems.

Our products are in agreement with the whole of it obligations that concern us in accordance with the instruction established for the CE positioning.

FEATURESIt is recommended to use with any kind of water, specially water containing fine sand in suspension. It eliminates the particles in suspension taking advantage of the centrifugal effect caused by the specially designed inlet to the filter-ring cartridge.Ideal to place behind sand filters. It is an economic system able to replace the classic hydrocyclone in many cases, thanks to its ability to separate heavy particles.Avoid use where the water to be filtered carries stones and heavy sand load. Minimum head loss across the filter of 5 meters is required for effective cen-trifugal action. For usage with water carrying excess of sand, place a hydrocyclone in front of the filter. A set of rubber plugs are supplied in order to generate a loss of load in the filter of 5 M.C.A.
