discomfort for all the countries around the world. The weak demand in

emerging markets and slowdown of the Chinese economy has further

exasperated this problem.

The question that remains unanswered is whether this is a deep rooted

structural problem or just an cyclical one? Can the rapidly increasing

international trade partnerships boost the global economy? Will Indian
