Deployment of an effective E-learning Solution for a Local Civic Government Body

One of the local governments wanted a system or program to make its citizens aware of its rules and policies,

particularly the taxation laws, such as property tax, land tax etc., and cooperate towards its ongoing tax mobilization

campaigns. It also wanted to create awareness about various schemes and plans among them.

The government wanted to ensure that a transparency in governance is brought by way of a meaningful education

among the people.
