Stick to it…spend less
Want
to pass
a test?
Take
notes….
…study hard
It’s not rocket science
It’s simple.
But simple….doesn’t mean
easy.
Simple….can mean really
really
really
hard work.
Why do we have so much troubledoing
simple
things?
because:
We can be lazy…
we develop
bad habits…
and we don’t like
change.
But…if you want to change
How do you
break
bad habits?
Replace them with
good habits.
It’s a mindset
change
I’m not a smoker…..I’m a jogger
I’m not a spender…..I’m a saver
I’m not an overeater…..I’m healthy
I’m not shy…..I’m confident
etc…
Sound simple?
It is….
but it’s hard
Want to get good at
simple
things?
Eliminate distractions
on just one stepat a time
Give it 100% of your attention
Keep a positive outlook
Sound simple?Enough
already!!! We get it- it’s not
easy.
Our brains are on fire
Millions of thoughts firing through our brain every second….
The magic lies in
calming your mind so that it can
focus on just the
one thing at a time.
Think
meditation
Just sit…
focus on breathing….
and think of nothing.
Sound simple?Right- not easy.
Time to remodel your brain… and change your ways of thinking
Practice simple things
Get good at them
Give it 100% of your
attention
It’s called getting into the ‘flow’
What happens when you’re in
the ‘flow’?
You become immersed in the
experience
Clear your
mind
It becomes unconscious
Your existence is temporarily suspended
Stress will melt away
Time will stop
it becomes
automatic
Nothing else
matters…
You’re in the ‘flow’
Happiness and fulfillment follow
Watch out…
It’s addictive
To get more:
Create an environment without interruptions
Work on something you
are passionate about…
Something that is
meaningful to you
Make sure it’s challenging….
…and you have the skills to do it
Clarify what you want to accomplish
Do it well
Create a sense of
serenity
Calm the voices in your head
Make it part
of your routine
Got it?
Do simple things well.
Get into the flow.
Enjoy life.
