Yogic KriyasYogic kriyas are the internal cleansing processes of different body

systems, making them more efficient.

Yogic kriyas also known as 'Shuddhi Kriyas' or 'Shatkarmas' or 'Shatkriyas'.

They are six types-

Yogic Kriyas• In yogic kriyas ,the five basic elements are used for cleansing

senses and various inner and outer body vents or cavities.

• Simple yogic kriyas are very beneficial pertaining to five senses

• Sensory organs are the main links between the outer world and the brain, which collects analyses,decides ans gives direction to various body parts and system to act.

• Hence it is essential to ensure proper hygiene of the senses by practicing these simple yogic kriya.

Mukha Shuddhi

Oral Hygiene - Cleansing of Teeth, Gums, Tongue & Soft Palate

• Dreshti Sanchalan - Marching of the eyes.

• Drishti Chalan - Rhythmic rotation of the eyes: Clockwise & Anticlockwise
