• 使用方式:定義多條不同頻率的功率vs溫度曲線並搭配溫度監控點,啟動暫態分析時,功率會隨溫度變化自動切換不同頻率曲線。

Reduced Order Modelling簡介
• 功能:使用ROM方式將極複雜模型輸出成矩陣格式,並搭配外部求解器可大幅減少求解時間,可暫態分析。
• 應用範例:IGBT多熱源分析
• 使用限制:只考慮熱傳導、無熱對流、無熱輻射(Conduction only、Radiation off),只提供監控點溫度結果

Thermal Netlist Extraction簡介
• 功能:利用ROM簡化模型輸出技術,將求解結果輸出成熱阻網路後,輸入至Mentor Eldo底下執行熱電耦合分析。
• 特色:溫度參數將參與電性分析,分析溫度對電路的影響。
• 應用範例:車用IC溫度可靠度測試,AEC-Q100規範

Electrothermal Circuit Analysis
• 隨著車聯網的應用的發展,車電供應鏈也被須符合元件測試的標準規範,例如AEC-Q100(IC)、101(離散元件)、200(被動元件),當中AEC-Q100與AEC-Q100H會針對元件的溫度可靠度測試及不同溫度等級之下測試溫度電性分析,可透過Thermal Netlist的穩態或暫態電性分析來實現。
