September 4, 2019 – Joint operatives of PDEA RO III – RSET and PDEA SES conducted buy-bust operation at Quezon St cor Herbosa St, Brgy 122 Tondo Manila resulted to the arrest of Manalo Christopher y Evasco and seizure of two (2) pcs knot-tied transparent plastic containing MOL 200 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated DDB value of Php1,300,000. 2. September 7, 2019 – Joint operatives of PDEA RO III – RSET, PDEA CIA IADITG, PDEA K9 SES together with FSNL 3012nd AISS, 301st SMG and 300th AISW conducted buy-bust operation at Mawague Resettlement, Brgy. Mawaque Mabalacat City, Pampanga resulted to the dismantling of drug-den; arrest of Erwin Obenario y Gunap @Bata (drug-den maintainer), Joseph Bordon y Cuenca, Jenel Payumo y Mamaril, Alberto Dimalanta y Romero, Aldrin Parizal y Madriano, Jay Miranda y Britania, Michael Zamora y Bulitres; and confiscation of MOL 20 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated value of Php136,000. September 9, 2019 – Operatives of PDEA Aurora Provincial Office together with SDEU Baler MPS conducted buy-bust operation infront of Suklayin Elementary School, Baler, Aurora resulted to the arrest of Carlos Nico Molina y Lapena (Targetlisted) and confisctation of MOL 15 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated value of Php165,000. 4. September 16, 2019 – Joint operatives of PDEA RO III – Tarlac Provincial Office, PDEA CAR – Ifugao Provincial Office together with Pura MPS, PPDEU Tarlac and PIB Tarlac conducted buy-bust operation at Florida Bus Station, Brgy. Singat, Pura, Tarlac resulted to the arrest of Jerico Floralde y Payod @Buboy and confiscation of one (1) brick wrapped in yellow/brown packaging tape containing suspected dried marijuana leaves (subject of buy-bust), three (3) bricks wrapped in transparent plastic cling wrap containing suspected dried marijuana leaves (possession) weighing MOL 4 kilograms with Standard Drug

Price of P480,000, one (1) pc genuine 1000 peso bill placed on top of the boodle money, and one (1) unit purple OPPO cellphone. (HVT)

September 20, 2019 – Operatives of PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office together with SDEU Sto Tomas MPS and 302nd MC RMFB 3 conducted buy-bust operation at Tuaño Subd., Brgy San Matias, Sto Tomas, Pampanga resulted to the arrest of Archie Peape y Pangilinan (Targetlisted) and confiscation of one (1) silver/gray .38 caliber revolver without serial number no., six (6) pieces live ammunition, five (5) small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu). 6. September 21, 2019 – Operatives of PDEA RO III – RSET together with FSNL, 3012AISS, 301SMG, 300AISW, and PAF conducted buy-bust operation at Hadrian Extension 3, Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City resulted to the dismantling of drug-den; arrest of Eduardo Adorna y Monsoy (drug-den maintainer), Marlon Cunanan y Tañedo, John Paul Evaristo y Lumaking, Ali Garcia y Manalastas,

Dexter Dizon y Palo, Clayron Santos y Garcia, Lucrecia Adorna y Marcilla @Lumeng (At-large); and confiscation of MOL 15 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated Standard Drug Price of Php102,000. (HIO and HVT)

7. September 21, 2019 – Joint operatives of PDEA Bataan Provincial Office and PDEA Bataan-SIU together with Bataan PIB, Bataan PPDEU, and Orani MPS conducted buy-bust operation at Sibul St., Brgy. Parang-parang, Orani, Bataan resulted to the arrest of Alexander Postilos (Targetlisted) and confiscation of MOL 2.4 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated value of Php10,000. 8. September 23, 2019 – Joint operatives of PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office and C,Jail PDEA RO III conducted buy-bust operation at Purok 3, Brgy. Bulaon, city of San Fernando, Pampanga resulted to the arrest of Jerico Santiago y Salta (Targetlisted) and Oliver Sison y Catacutan; and confiscation of one (1) silver/brown .38 caliber revolver without serial number no., seven (7) pieces live

ammunition, MOL 12grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated Standard Drug Price of Php81,600.00. (HVT)

9. September 28, 2019 – Operatives of PDEA Nueva Ecija Provincial Office conducted buy-bust operation at Zone 4 Brgy.Camp tinio, Cabanatuan City resulted to the arrest of Alberto Mancilla y Domingo (Targetlist) and confiscation of MOL 8 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu). (HVT)

2. September 2, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office attended the Weekly Intelligence Workshop re validation and updatevof PDEA/PNP Unified watchlist together with the PIB and all Intel-officer from PNP CPS/MPS in the Province of Bulacan.

3. September 2, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac Provincial Office attended the Intel Workshop and Validation on Unified Suspected Drug Personality Watchlist of Tarlac at Post Conference Room, Camp Macabulos, Tarlac City, Tarlac.

4. September 3, 2019 - PDEA Angeles City Office together with Director Lyndon P Aspacio, CESE, PDEA RO III awarded Brgy. Mining as Drug Cleared Barangay held at the Office of the City Mayor, Angeles City, Pampanga.

8. September 4, 2019 – PDEA Bataan Provincial Office attended Bahay Pagbabago Reformation Center Send-off Ceremony of the Batch 22nd Batch of Reformist together with the Mayor of Dinalupihan Hon. GILA GARCIA, PNP Bataan Provincial Director PCOL VILLAMOR TULIAO, and Dinalupihan MPS personnel held at Dinalupihan Bahay Pagbabago Reformation Center San Benito, Dinalupihan, Bataan.

9. September 4, 2019 – PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office proceeded to the Bahay Pagbabago located in Mawaque Resettlement, Brgy. Sapang Baiabas, Mabalacat City to encourage the reformist of the CBRP to finish the said program.

10. September 5, 2019 – PDEA Bataan Provincial Office proceeded to SAMAL, MPS together with PCAPT WINSTON L. NORTE, DILG staff Ma. Jasmin M. Bartolo, barangay secretaries and barangay captain's conduct validation and checking of five remaining folders.

– PDEA Bataan Provincial Office together with DPDO LtCol Ricardo Santiago, Chief PDEU PCapt. Phoe G. Pangan Jr. and Intelligence Unit from 12 MPS conducted Intel Workshop and Validation regarding the updated Provincial Unified Watch List of Bataan Province as of August 31, 2019. Said

– PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office paid a courtesy visit to PltCol Grace M. Yerro-Naparato COP of Bulakan MPS, PO discussed matters regarding its drive against illegal drugs and Barangay Drug Clearing operations in the province of Bulacan.

- PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Vergel Meneses, Mayor of Bulakan, Bulacan wherein they discussed matters regarding the drive against illegal drugs and Barangay drug clearing operations in the province of Bulacan. The Mayor also expressed his support to PDEA.

11. September 6, 2019 – PDEA RO III had its turnover of Command Ceremony and Meeting together with the outgoing PDEA RO III Regional Director ATTY. GIL T PABILONA, incoming Regional Director DIR. III LYNDON P ASPACIO, CESE, C, POD, all Provincial Officers and all PDEA RO III personnel held at PDEA RO III compound.

12. September 9, 2019 – PDEA Bataan Provincial Office together with DIR III Lyndon P Aspacio, CESE attended Monday Flag Ceremony and awarded Plaque of Recognition to. HON CARLOS F FIZARRO JR. Mayor of Municipality of Pilar Bataan. Said activity was held at Covered Court Pilar, Bataan

– PDEA Zambales Provincial Office together with PNP Zambales Police Provincial Office, 30 2nd Maritime Police Station and Philippine Coast Guard attended the Inter-Agency Committee Meeting re: Recovery of 10.5 kilos of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride “SHABU” in an abandoned speedboat held at ZPPO Conference Room, Camp Condrado D Yap, Iba, Zambales attended.

– PDEA Angeles City Office together with IO V Mr Louie Lagasca and PIO Mr Glenn M Guillermo attended a coordination meeting with Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC) re Implementation of OPLAN KALASAG held at ACADAC Office, Angeles City, Pampanga.

13. September 10, 2019 – PDEA Bataan Provincial Office attended the Stakeholder's Meeting at Bataan Gov't Center, Brgy. Alauli, Pilar, Bataan together with the Municipal Mayors, Municipal Councilors on Health and Peace and Order, Municipal Health Officers, Chief of Police, Municipal SWDO, ABC President, SK President and MADAC of 12 municipalities in Bataan Province and participants from DOH-Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan, DEPED, Bataan and Spiritual Groups.

– All provincial and city BDCP officers together with the Region based BDCP Officer had a meeting at PDEA RO III Conference Room.

– PDEA Tarlac Provincial Office had their monthly personnel meeting at PDEA RO III Tarlac Provincial Office, Tarlac City, Tarlac.

- PDEA Tarlac Provincial Office attended the 118th Police Service Anniversary of Tarlac Police Provincial Office held at KAISA Convention Hall, Brgy. Cutcut 1st, Tarlac City, Tarlac.

– Operatives of PDEA Zambales Provincial Office, SBMA-SIU, Bataan-SIU, SES K9 Unit and PNP Zambales led by DIR III Lyndon P Aspacio, RD, PDEA RO III conducted K9 Paneling on an abandoned unmarked watercraft/vessel suspected of carrying bulk of illegal drugs at Brgy. Locloc, Palauig, Zambales. Panelling was terminated yielded NEGATIVE in any presence of DD.

- PDEA Zambales Provincial Office together with DIR III Lyndon P Aspacio, CESE, Regional Director and IA I Blessie Talavero attended the Weekly Oversight Committee Meeting held at ZPPO Conference Room, Camp Condrado D Yap, Iba, Zambales.

14. September 11, 2019 – PDEA Angeles City Office served as guest speaker in the Launching of Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) “Kabataang Bagani, Bagong Bayani” held at Holy Angel University Auditorium, Angeles City, Pampanga.

15. September 12, 2019 – PDEA Bataan-SIU operative visited MR. ERIC LOCSIN, Division Manager of Terminal Operations of Philippine Ports Authority located at Port Capinpin, Orion, Bataan and discussed matters regarding monitoring of the exit to, entry from and movement of vessels or watercraft within the port and immediately report to PDEA Bataan-SIU if there are suspected illegal drugs in the vessels.

– PDEA Angeles City Office served as guest speaker in the program “Lingkod Bayan ni Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr.” held at City Information Office, Angeles City, Pampanga.

– PDEA Aurora Provincial Office led by IO I Gerald B. Alzaga attended the 2018 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Audit at DILG Aurora Provincial Office, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler Aurora.

18. September 17, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac Provincial Officer, IA III Sharon I Ominga was one of the awardee during the 148th Birth Anniversary of General Francisco Soliman Macabulos.

– PDEA Nueva Ecija Provincial Office attended the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) and City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) meeting held at Gapan City, Nueva Ecija.

– PDEA Aurora Provincial Office was invited by Hon Judge Maximo

Ancheta of RTC Br 90 in a special meeting presided by him with some Judges, Prosecutors, PAO, Police Provincial Director and COP present in attendance, held in RTC, Baler, Aurora. The topic focused mainly on PRRD's marching order to eliminate drugs in the country and identify those people working in the government that are involved in this kind of menace, if there's any, particularly in Aurora.

– PDEA Bataan Provincial Office attended PNP Weekly Provincial Oversight Committee Meeting together with PNP Bataan Provincial Director PCol Villamor Tuliao, DPDA, DPDO, C, PIB, C, PDEU, COPs and Barangay Captains of Abucay, Bataan held at Abucay, Bataan.

– PDEA Zambales Provincial Office attended the Weekly Oversight Committee meeting together with PNP PZPO and Maritime Police held at ZPPO Conference Room, Camp Condrado D Yap, Iba, Zambales.

– PDEA SBMA-SIU, PDEA RO III Clark K9 Unit, and representative of Bureau of Customs conducted Profiling and K9 Sweeping to the three (3) suspected cargoes in New Container Terminal (NCT) SBMA. We found out that those are plastic resins (Ethylene-vinyl Acetate Copolymers) came from Taiwan. The said operation yielded NEGATIVE in any presence of dangerous drugs.

19. September 18, 2019 – PDEA Zambales Provincial Office attended the ICAD and BDCP Orientation as guest speaker at 2nd Flr. BPI Bldg. Calapandayan, Subic, Zambales which was also attended by BADAC, MADAC, PNP, Barangay Officials, DOH and DSWD. Discussed and reiterated were the roles and responsibilities of the ICAD members and BADAC Officers towards the successful clearing of the 16 remaining barangays of Subic.

– PDEA Zambales Provincial Office together with DILG, PNP, CSO and PSWD attended ADAC Performance Audit, at DILG Zambales Provincial Office, Capitol Compound, Iba, Zambales.

21. September 19, 2019 – C, POD/RIO, IA I Blessie G Talavero attended Joint Validation on Unified Watchlist at PRO3 PANA Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

– PDEA Angeles City Office attended Committee Hearing of the Committee on Laws and Rules chaired by Councilor Arvin M Suller held at City Council, Legislative Building, City Hall Compound, Angeles City.

22. September 20, 2019 – PDEA Angeles City Office together with PDEA Regional Director Dir III Lyndon P Aspacio, CESE, and some PDEA RO III personnel, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo G Lazatin Jr., DILG City Director Martin Porres, ACADAC-OIC Mr. Richard Alan Saul and his staff launched the Advocacy Campaign Promoting Drug Free Workplace in Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Subdivisions, Condominiums and Warehouses held at New Legisltaive Building, City Hall Compound, Angeles City, Pampanga.

– PDEA Bataan Provincial Office together with PPDEU conducted lectures on Barangay Drug Clearing Program to Barangay Officials of Hermosa, Bataan held at Hermosa Municipal Conference Room.

Manwi-it conducted courtesy call to LCDR Atanacio P Bagawe, Commander Philippine Coast Guard Zambales and discussed with him the harmonious relationship between Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Seaport Interdiction Unit and Philippine Coast Guard especially the anti-drug operation.

September 26, 2019 – PDEA Bataan-SIU escorted by PDEA SBMA-SIU TL conducted lecture and discussed matters regarding Markings, Inventory and Custody of Illegal Drugs/CPECS held at BRP Gregorio Del Pilar (PS 15) anchored in Rivera Wharf, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, SBMA with total participants of 36 Philippine Navy personnel with formal invitation from Capt. Emilio G Irio Jr., Captain PN(GSC) Commanding Officer, PS 15.

– PDEA Zambales Provincial Office attended the Weekly Oversight Committee meeting together with PNP PZPO and Maritime Police held at ZPPO Conference Room, Camp Condrado D Yap, Iba, Zambales.

- PDEA Tarlac Provincial Office had a meeting with HON. Erlon C Agustin, Municipal Mayor of Camiling held at the Office of the Mayor, Camiling, Tarlac.

– PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office, resource speaker, attended the Capability Training on Family Drug Abuse Prevention Program Conducted by the DSWD which was attended also by the Barangay Officials from various Barangays of the province of Bulacan and representatives from the MSWD and DOH held at the Maharlika Hall, Malolos Resort Club Royale Malolos City, Bulacan.

– PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office together with Police Major Cesar David of Pampanga PPO, representative from the Religious Sector and other stakeholders attended the 2018 ADAC Performance Audit at DILG Pampanga Provincial Office, CSFP.

- Joint operatives of PDEA RO III – Tarlac Provincial Office, PDEA-RO-NCR and Moncada MPS conducted Hot-pursuit operation at Moncada, Tarlac which resulted to the arrest of Nazarene Obillo y Dela Merced.

29. September 30, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office awarded Barangay Drug Cleared Certificate to Barangay Tibagan, Bustos, Bulacan during the flag raising ceremony, held at Bustos Municipal Hall, Bustos Bulacan.

– PDEA RO III had the Regional Command Conference at the Regional Office III Conference Room.

– PDEA Zambales Provincial Office together with LGU, DILG, AFP, PNP, BOF, DOH, DSWD, NCIP and various NGO's attended Joint Provincial Peace and Order Council and Provincial Anti- Drug Abuse Council Meeting at Hotel Balin Zambali Iba, Zambales.

2. September 17, 2019 – Balay Silangan Team together with IO 1 Jonathan Diga, Member, Nueva Ecija PO had a dialogue with Ms. Rowena Santiago, Acting Supervisor, Admin Office at CSWDO Building, City Hall, Cabanatuan City.

3. September 24-26, 2019 – Balay Silangan Team attended and conducted lecture about Balay Silangan Reformation Program in Nueva Ecija Anti-Drug Abuse Council at Central Luzon State University CLSU, Science City of Munoz, 3119 Nueva Ecija.

- Balay Silangan Team also distributed PDEA Komiks and Balay Silangan Primer.

- IA I Vivien A Molina conducted lecture about Balay Silangan Reformation program.

- Director III Wilkins M Villanueva, CESE, RD, Regional Office X conducted lecture about National Drug Situation and Barangay Drug Clearing Program.
