About us...Incorporated in 1981, C K Enterprises, Inc. is housed within an 80,000 sq. foot facility, located in Central United States, proudly bringing over 32 years of service to the specialty chemical business. Our expertise is in manufacturing and supplying specialized, industry specific chemical products for Car Care, Manufacturing, Transportation and Food Processing Sanitation industries.

Our advanced Powder Department produces approximately 100,000 lbs. weekly. By utilizing our modern ribbon blenders, we are able to package container sizes ranging from one pound jars on up to oversized super sacks.

Our Liquid Department provides multiple blending options, and is capable of producing over 20,000 gallons daily. We utilize State of the Art, computer controlled systems to our seven large blending tanks that rest on specialized scales, and utilize two high shear / high speed blenders. Additionally, our Liquid Department contains one stainless steel jacketed tank capable of sustaining temperaturesup to 160 degrees.

Our Packaging Department consists of three, high speed, fully automated, computer controlled fillinglines. Each line has the capability to automatically cap, heat seal, lot number code and label bottles; then tape and lot number the case boxes. These lines are capable of filling containers in sizes ranging from 4 ounces to 2.5 gallon pails. Weigh filling is always applied to larger scale jobs from 5 gallons to 330 gallon totes. Additionally, our facility has the ability to directly fill into tanker trucks.

Each department, in conjunction with our staff chemists, go through multiple quality control checks on every batch we blend. From testing raw materials upon arrival, to weighing all ingredients during manufacturing, you can counton C K Enterprises, Inc. to produce the best, consistent quality products on the market.

With the installation of the Power Blend system your wash becomes your own private manufacturing plant. By utilizing your water and the Signature Series Power Blend process, your equipment can produce your own custom detergent. The increased flexibility is highlighted by your ability to increase the cleaning strength separate from the “show”. Each acid or alkaline function pulls the appropriate Power Blend acid or alkaline foundation into your existing water stream, where it mixes with the appropriate Power Blend surfactant package. Unlike the competition, we offer both acid and alkaline foundations. While the acid is only available in liquid form, Power Blend’s alkaline foundations are available in a powder form for use in the Power Blender as well as in two liquid forms. Did you know:

The terms pH and alkalinity/acidity are frequently confused. pH is a measure of the acid or alkaline strength in regard to quality rather than quantity. Alkalinity/acidity is the measure of the quantity of alkali or acid present.Two different alkalis at equal alkalinity can have vastly different pH values.

so what happens when changed?

A change in acidity or alkalinity of 1 point on the pH scale represents a tenfold change in acidity or alkalinity. Thus, an acid solution with a pH of 4.0 is 10 times as acidic as one with a pH of 5.0 and 100 times as acidic as one with a pH of 6.0. Similarly, an alkaline solution with a pH of 11.0 is 10 times as alkaline as one with a pH of 10.0.
