4 Ways the Comparable Sales Report helps grow your business

1. Save time and effort – Create this report within RP Data Professional to use for appraisals and prospecting with vendors who aren’t ready to sell just yet, and save your valuable time for creating full CMA’s for your hot leads.2. Keep your database informed – The Comparable Sales Report is perfect to send to your CRM database on a quarterly or half-yearly basis. Quick to produce, this report gives your prospects and clients the right amount of information about their local area.3. Engage with your customers – Produce a beautiful, branded report to help customers and prospects understand the value of their property or a property they intend to purchase.

4. Auction guides – Produce a Signature report to give to buyers of properties for auction so they can make their own assessment of suitable bids based on comparable sales.


Enabling Signature Reports

Any user within an account can turn on Signature Reports for all users. By clicking Enable Now within the tooltip, all users will have access to the platform. This can be enabled from the dashboard, a Property Detail page or even the search results page.



Producing a Comparable Sales Report

From the activities panel on the dashboard, you can launch straight into Signature Reports.

From a specific property, you can access Signature Reports, and run the Comparable Sales Report via Property Tasks.




Creating a Report

When launching from the dashboard, you’ll be greeted by a search panel. Use this to find the property you wish to run a Comparable Sales Report for.

Simply start typing the address and choose from the suggestions, and click GO to begin.



Select Comparable Sales

On this screen, you’ll see:● Details of the target

property● The filter criteria,

allowing you to refine which comparable sales are returned,

● And finally, a list of comparable sales that match the filter criteria



Adjust Filters

You can filter by property type, sale date, radius, restrict to target suburb, beds, baths & cars, land size or sale price.

After making changes to the filter criteria, click ‘Apply’ to run the search again. Any selected properties are conveniently grouped to the top of your list.

To get more results, choose a larger ‘Sold Within’ or ‘Radius’, or uncheck the Target Suburb checkbox.

To get a more precise list, choose a smaller date range or radius, or be more specific with the land size or sale price, or adjust the beds, baths or cars.



List or Detail View?

List view gives a more concise view of each comparable property, allowing you to see more properties at a time and at a glance.

Switch to Detail View to see images, listing description, more details about each comparable property and the option to view the property in RPP.



Listing Description

Have a read of the latest listing description to get a feel for whether this property truly is a comparable property.



Image Gallery

Click on the photo for target property or any of the comparable properties to open the image gallery, allowing you to view internal photos and more.



Sort it out!

Find the closest properties first, or see properties that sold most recently first. Or even sort comparable sales by the highest or lowest sale price.

Change the sort order of the comparable sales with our Sort By drop down.



Select comparables

Select the properties you wish to include in the Comparable Sales Report.



Can’t find the one you want?

Want to add any additional comparable sales to your report?

Enter the address and click ‘Add’ to add it to your list.



Ready, Set, Go!

Once you’ve selected all the properties you wish to include, hit Next!



That was easy..

Your Comparable Sales Report has now been generated.

You can print from this page, or download the report as a PDF to save it locally and/or attach it to an email to send to your clients.



Branded for you

The report includes your agency logo in the top left corner of every page, and your photo and details are included on the cover page of the report.

We’ll be introducing additional branding options in future releases of Signature Reports.

FAQsHow do I get access to create a Comparable Sales Report?An icon to launch the Signature Reports platform (and the Comparable Sales Report) is available from every property detail page. Simply search for the target property you’re interested in and click the Comparable Sales Report icon in the Property Tasks section.

Can I customise the report?This is a feature that we will be offering in the future. We would love your feedback on what you would like to customise, add or change in the report. Email your feedback to [email protected] or use the Feedback icon within Signature.

Can I add additional sections to the report?Not at this stage, but this is a feature that will be coming soon. Planned features for the Signature Reports platform include new sections and the ability to create your own custom templates and reports. Help us prioritise what we build next by emailing your feedback to [email protected] or voting for your favourite ideas in our Ideas Forum.
