LOTUS Mixers TD (V-belts) and CPT (toothed belts) belt driven side entry mixers compete head to head with what is supplied by our competitors. Our belt drive mixers are designed are to be extremely rugged and easy to maintain.

CFJ side entry gear driven mixers are a major leap forward in terms of side entry mixers. From their overall execution, performance and reliability, they represent the latest and best in side entry agitator technology.

The basic design of the CFJ is the modular design that allows for easy customization, extreme reliability and easy maintenance.

Standard on all of our side entry mixers supplied with mechanical seals is our patent pending tank shut-off system is unique as it is simple and easy to use. The system allows for a quick seal replacement without having drain the fluids from the tank. Nearly no training is

LOTUS MIXERS has 30+ individuals that work full time in our research and product development department.

Focused on pushing agitation technology, our R&D team uses the latest in computer modeling coupled with Particle Imaging Velocimetry in our batch and

large scale testing bays to optimize impeller design and process application.

Our work on side entry agitation has yielded our ZWL new side entry mixer impeller used in large volume tanks. It has the ability to provide process optimization with determining the number and locations of side entry mixers in a tank which directly benefit our customers.

As standard, LOTUS Mixers supplies all of our side entry mixers with our 261 mechanical cartridge seal. The 261 cartridge seal is a modular system that utilizes the latest in mechanical seal design. It incorporates premium silicon carbide on silicon carbide faces. This is important to point out as they provide superior resistance to wear vs. less expensive materials (ceramic, etc...) which are commonly supplied by competitors.

Other shaft seals types available are our 263 double mechanical seal (based on the 261 single mechanical design) and TLX stuffing boxes.

Our CKJ series is based on our workhorse CFJ series. These mixers use the same overall design principles but incorporating the ability to rotate 30o either side of the tank centerline which is ideal for BS&W application.

What sets the CKJ apart from the rest of the industry is the rotation performed by our patent pending drive system. Our units do not require manual movement or ‘suck’ power off the mixer drive. Instead, we used a planetary gear drive to ensure constant and even rotation in the tank without compromising the mixing.
