10 Student Feedback mechanisms on Institutional Governance/Faculty

performance

Online students’ feedback system on faculty performance is in place. At the end of each semester, all students appraise the

performance of faculty in various subjects on a 30-point scale. If

the performance falls below 22 points, the concerned faculty

members are counseled by the review committee

11 Grievance redressal mechanism for

faculty, staff and students

Faculty and staff can bring their grievances to the notice of their

respective Heads of the Departments. Heads will address the issues, if they are within their purview or else they will be

addressed by the Principal and Director of the Institute.

Elections are held every year for the selection of student representatives for each class of the department. However, the

students can directly meet the Head of the Department, Deans,

Principal or Director for the redressal of the problems.
