By entering the Sneaker Icons Competition you grant permission to Sneaker

Icons Competition and SneakerFest Live, its employees or representatives, to

take and use: photographs/digital images, videotape, audio recording or

quoted remarks, and other presentation materials of you and/or prepared by

you to be used for promotional purposes. These promotional purposes might

include printed or electronic publications, Web sites or other electronic

communications. You further agree that your name and identity may be

revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s).

By entering the Sneaker Icons Competition presented by Sneaker Icons

Competition and SneakerFest Live you agree that the media may contact you

to speak with you in regard to your involvement in the Sneaker Icons

Competition activities. You authorize the use of these materials indefinitely

without compensation to you. All negatives, positives, prints, digital

reproductions and video and audio recordings shall be the property of Sneaker

Icons Competition and SneakerFest Live.
