Mr. Shukla is a graduate from one of the India’s premier law school, Hidayatullah National Law

University, Raipur and has been practicing law for more than seven years at all judicial forums

particularly High Courts and Supreme Court. Mr. Shukla has made rapid strides in legal field at

very young age especially in the field of Constitutional law, Mining, Electricity, Arbitration and

Industrial L&S, Company law matters. Mr. Shukla has a vast experience of working with various

elite law firms like Laksmikumaran & Sridharan, Khaitan & Co, L V V Iyer & Associates etc.

and multinational companies like Mahindra & Mahindra Corporate Legal Department etc. Has

also worked in the chambers of Lt. Shri P. Sadasivan Nair (a renowned Senior Advocate in

Mrs. Shukla is a very talented, motivated, passionate and hard working lawyer who has worked

etc. She gained her litigation experience in the chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. K.T.S. Tulsi,

Supreme Court, Mr. Ranjit Kumar, present Solicitor General of India and also at the judicial

office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K. Ganguly, Retired Supreme Court Judge. She also had an

opportunity of working with various MNCs like Jindal Steel Limited and Indian Oil Corporation

etc. Besides, handling litigation work she also handles the corporate advisory and consultancy

work of the chamber.
