1992 - 2001 Dairy Technologist My career at Chr. Hansen A/S started as Dairy Technologist in the Applied Technolgy Laboratory. I was a part of developing and optimizing culture solutions, especially in the area of fermented products. The position in the sales department as Technical Sales Manager was concerned with technical advice in Africa and the Middle East. As Senior Technical Specialist for the yoghurt product palette I was involved with technical support to the dairies and Dairy Sales Managers in Asia, Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

The position as Sales Manager for Israel included daily cooperation with the appointed distributor and technical advice. A natural part of the positions was participating in presentations at customers and exhibitions and seminars.
