Job & Responsibilities:
Looking towards the Sourcing for the Pan India for ICICI Bank.
Sourcing best talent from internal database, personal/professional references, employee's
referrals, networking sites e.g. Job portals i.e. Naukri, Monster and Times Jobs from Lower
Level to Senior Level positions.
Short listing the Applicants as per the selection procedure specified [as per the fitment
confirmed by management like education, age, salary, preferred location, past experience &
skills test]
To communicate with candidate through Cold Calling and coordinate with them for their
Interview Schedule.
Prepare Applicants Resume Code, so that no other agency or consultancy should capture them.
Scheduling Interviews in Hirecraft with the Recruitment Managers and coordinating with the
candidates.
Proactively maintaining an effective resource database management system to close the
manpower requirement with the minimum time period.
Conducting test for candidates (OPQ) and short listing them for HR Interview. And uploading
the OPQ in Hirecraft.
Co-ordinate with Recruitment Managers and Applicants during the Interview Session
