HelloHello readers! We come back with the sixth edition in this year! April is the month of our national woman heroes who also the pioneer of Indonesian women’s emancipation. Thanks to her struggle and spirit, women in Indonesia now regarded equal to men in various aspect including career and education. To respect heher, throughout Indonesia women wear their national dress to symbolize their unity, and the nation enjoys parades, lectures, and various school activities.

uring 18-22 February 2014, one of the biggest English Olympic in Asia, The 2014 Asian English Olympic (AEO 2014) was held by BINUS English Club in BINUS University. AEO is the place where 490 participants from 5 countries and 95 institutions across Asia, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Sin-gapore, Philippines, and Indonesia gathered to compete in 6 fields of competition while finding nnew friends. The final day was held at GBI New Wave, Taman Anggrek where the competition’s grand final took place. The institution champions consecutively are Universiti Teknologi Petronas from Malaysia, Miriam College from Philippines and BINUS University. To closing the event, we held Gala dinner where participants, judges, committeescommittees, and LOs were having fun and en-joyed their great time after the tight competi-tions.

Last but not least we would like to say thank you to LOs and all entities that had already helped us to hold the event smoothly. See you again in The 2015 AEO !
