The lines below discuss that how a Muslim can express and profess it in the month of Ramadan. Love needs to be demonstrated, hence, in order to demonstrate love a person needs an example of some kind. “Say (O Muhammad (PBUH) to mankind): “If you (really) love ALLAH then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic monotheism, follow the Quran and Sunnah), ALLAH will love you and

forgive you of your sins. And ALLAH is Of-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

From this above ayah, it is clear that in order to love ALLAH Almighty; a Muslim has to agree that love by following the Sunnah of Prophet (PBUH). Moreover, another aspect that this ayah highlights is the fact that loving ALLAH by following the Sunnah of Prophet (PBUH) is not a one way; rather ALLAH Almighty also reciprocates by forgiving and loving that person. Ergo, the love of ALLAH lies in obedience of Prophet (PBUH).

Professing Love of ALLAH in Holy month of Ramadan:

Ramadan is the best time in which a Muslim can get pertaining to professing and showing love to ALLAH Almighty. The act of fasting (Roza) in itself is the profession of love for ALLAH Almighty, as a Muslim refrains from drinking and eating just because ALLAH Almighty has ordered it. Furthermore, the month of Holy Ramadan creates an ambiance in which a Muslim indulges in all those acts and deeds that are loved by ALLAH Almighty and are sacred in every aspect. Below are giving some acts, which a Muslim can start doing in order to profess love of ALLAH.

Recitation of Quran:

In Ramadan, every Muslim search ways to express the love for ALLAH Almighty in addition to receiving the reward for recitation of Quran. Quran is the word of ALLAH, Holy Quran contains the commandments of ALLAH, and it contains blessings of ALLAH. Hence, in Holy Ramadan by more reciting Quran, a Muslim can try to express love for ALLAH in addition to earning more reward.

Optional Prayer (Nafil namaz):

The regular mandatory prayers are mandatory upon Muslims; however, those people who love ALLAH more should go for optional prayers (nafil namaz) in Ramadan. These optional prayers provide a Muslim a chance of making the most of this Holy Ramadan and spending it in praise and worship ALLAH.

Tasbeeh:

In addition to recitation of Quran and prayer that require precise allocated time, the Tasbeeh of ALLAH Almighty can be done anytime of the day while walking, lying down, sitting or doing anything.

Pay Zakat (Be Charitable):
