Show Is Rain Or Shine - No Rends All cars to be judged MUST pre-register by June 17. No exceptions. • FOR YOUR SAFETY: an operable fire extinguisher is required for entry onto the show field and must be shown for judging. • FOR YOUR SAFETY: no pop-up tents, canopies are allowed in car show area. • SPECIAL NOTICE: Century Class car parade begins at 2:00 p.m. PLEASE YIELD TO THE PARADE! No other vehicular traffic allowed on the field between noon and 3:00 p.m. Registration tent open from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. All cars must be on the field by 11 a.m.; show field limited to 400 cars, the first 350 will receive a dash plaque. The show is restricted to Antique, Classic and Special Interest vehicles built in 1995 or earlier. All vehicles manufactured 1925 and earlier will be admitted free of charge. All vehicles manufactured 1920 and earlier will be parked with the “Century Class” and be eligible to participate in our Century Class parade. The Meet Chairman reserves the right to refuse entrance to any vehicle not preserved in the interest of the classic car hobby. No heavily modified, Hot Rod, Replicar or “kit car” vehicles allowed. “Original Class” vehicles are those that are in original unrestored and not repainted condition. They must be safely operable. All vehicles on the show field are eligible for The Sully Staff Trophy as chosen by the Sully Staff. All judged vehicles are eligible for Best of Show Trophy as chosen by the Chief Judge. Pre-registered cars will be parked by class; day-of-show registrations will be directed to overflow parking at the rear of the field. Trophies will be awarded beginning at 3:00 p.m. Winners must be present to receive trophy. We ask everyone to remain on the field until all trophies have been awarded.
